BLACKMORE BORLEY LIMITED was established in February 1997 to transact and advise on the placing of Professional Liability Insurance, including but not limited to Professional Indemnity, and Director’s and Officer’s Liability Insurance. In addition to transacting the more traditional risk transfer structures, Blackmore Borley Limited also seeks to explore methods of utilising insurance contracts as a means to facilitate more complex transactions.
Blackmore Borley has considerable expertise placing Professional Liability Insurance and is well placed to arrange protection that is appropriate, adequate and cost-effective.
