As a consequence of BASC withdrawing their legal defence cost policy, coupled with the increase in the political pressure on the police when issuing and renewing gun and firearms certificates, BBL were asked to create an alternative stand-alone legal defence costs policy for gun and firearms certificate holders. This policy provides legal defence costs when a gun or firearms certificate holder is challenged by the police during the policy period.

  • Provides legal representation during an interview under oath.
